The Tamkeen initiatives, supported by Iraqi banks, continue with generous donations under the direct supervision of the Central Bank of Iraq as part of their contribution to the various community activities. The food baskets distributed today under the direct supervision of the Media Advisor of the Association Ghassan al-Qadi included various foodstuffs, including rice and sugar Cooking oil, flour, milk, legumes, canals, cheese and tomato paste.
This community humanitarian initiative adds to dozens of similar initiatives that the Association of Banks contributed to its leadership or participation in, the last of which was the distribution of thousands of food baskets during the holy month of Ramadan to displaced families from Mosul.
