(International: al-Furat News) Chechen President, Ramzan Kadyrov, revealed an agreement with Iraq on the issue of the return of children fighters, urging the assets of the Caucasus to their country, including Chechnya.
Kadyrov said he had ordered "a collective examination of the DNA of the Chechens in order to facilitate the process of demanding the extradition of the children of former fighters who were killed in the war or are currently in Iraqi prisons or Syria."

"It will help bring Russian children born in Syria and Iraq back home unhindered," Kadyrov said on his social networking site {Vkontakti} (Russian version of Facebook).

Kadyrov warned his countrymen that the effort was being funded by a state fund, calling for no entreaty from calls by human rights or charity offices for help.
"I have received rumors that some charities help raise money to pay lawyers' fees to represent the interests of Russian mothers and children," Kadyrov said, "I firmly assert that there is no need for lawyers in this case.
