    The Federal Court held a hearing on Monday under the chairmanship of Medhat al-Mahmoud, and considered a lawsuit filed by the Federal Minister of Oil in addition to his job to challenge the unconstitutionality of exporting the Kurdistan Region to the oil extracted from the province and the province of Kirkuk directly.


    "The lawsuit has witnessed the presence of all parties, including the three people, the agents of the Federal Prime Minister, the Federal Minister of Finance, and the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, in addition to their functions," the court spokesman Ayas al-Samuk said in a statement. And the third person the head of the regional government / in addition to their job, requested a postponement of the lawsuit because he could not communicate with his clients to prepare an answer during the previous postponement.


    He added that "the court decided to give him a final deadline to submit its list of responses ten days before the date of the next hearing, otherwise it will be considered a blatant consideration of the answer, and that is why the case was postponed until the 27th of this month."

    The Supreme Federal Court announced on Monday that the appeal against unconstitutionality of the export of the Kurdistan region of oil extracted from its territory directly, and decided to postpone until the 27th of June, and the Undersecretary of the Prosecutor and the third agent of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government to finalize the answers to the case .
