     The Council of Ministers has agreed to set the date for the launch of the fourth license for mobile networks.
    The Council decided to form a ministerial committee headed by the Prime Minister or whoever he deems fit and the membership of the head of the Executive Authority of the Media and Communications Authority and the Undersecretaries of the Ministries of Finance, Higher Education and Scientific Research in Science, Technology and Communications, in addition to the Deputy Chief of the Financial Control Bureau.
