Criticized the MP for the Liberal Bloc MP Zeinab al-Tai, on Tuesday, the blocs and political figures demanding the re-election parliamentary elections on May 12, accusing them of trying to go to the country to the unknown.
She said in a statement to Al-Mawloma that "those who demand the cancellation or return of the parliamentary elections are trying to go to Iraq to the unknown and to keep it in a constitutional vacuum," stressing that "there is no legal article authorizing the cancellation of the elections, and the re-election costs the state billions of dinars, employees".
Al-Taie added that the bloc "is not with the cancellation of the results or the manual counting and counting as an unconstitutional step," considering that "the House of Representatives is the first institution violating the law and the Constitution, ignoring the judicial authorities for the statement."
