The fact-finding committee set up by the parliament at the end of last May to determine the allegations of rigging the elections set the date for the start of manual counting and counting.

Adel Nuri, the committee's chairman said in a press statement: "The process of manual counting and sorting will begin before the end of this week."

"The Judicial Council completed the nomination of nine judges to run the Board of Commissioners, and 18 judges to run the offices of the Commission in the elections."

He added: "The Council will then determine the number of employees who will be the process of counting and sorting by hand, and if the process will be on one stage all the collection of funds in Baghdad, or conducted first in the provinces and then again in Baghdad."
