[rtl]The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said that the average price of the Organization reached $ 74.11 per barrel in May, indicating that growth in global demand for oil remained unchanged at 1.65 million barrels per day.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The average price of the OPEC basket for May reached $ 74.11 per barrel, up from the same month of 2017, at $ 67.48 a barrel," the report said.[/rtl]
[rtl]"Brent prices also rose by 7.4 percent to average $ 77.01, and US crude prices also rose 27.7 percent to $ 65.09 a barrel compared to the same period last year," she said.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The rise indicates that the market is still supported by rising geopolitical tensions and a falling US crude oil," she said, noting that "world oil demand growth remained unchanged at 1.65 million barrels per day to 97.20 million barrels per day, unchanged from the price the previous".[/rtl]
