House of Representatives announced on Thursday that it will resume its sessions next Tuesday, and while stressing that the hearing next Thursday will see a host of leaders of Baghdad and the Tigris, has ruled out attending the meeting host.

The decision of the House of Representatives Muhammad Al-Khalidi in an interview (long-Presse), "The House of Representatives will resume work next Tuesday, agenda includes a vote on the proposed law on the second amendment to the Law University Service No. (23) for the year 2008, and the vote on the draft law of the First Amendment to the Law Antiquities and Heritage No. (55) for the year 2002, and vote on the bill Eighth Amendment to the Law on the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research) No. (40) for the year 1988 ".

He said al-Khalidi that the agenda of the meeting includes a "second reading of the draft law on ratification of agreement on the encouragement and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the government of Armenia and the second reading of the draft law to the Martyrs Foundation," noting that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives sent a request to the leaders of Baghdad and the Tigris to attend the parliament session on next Thursday to discuss the security situation in Baghdad ", ruling out at the same time, that" these leaders to respond to the request of the parliament. "

It is noteworthy that the incidence of violence in the country has seen since the beginning of July 2013, a rise steadily, as mentioned the United Nations Mission in Iraq, (the first of November 2013), that the number of victims in the month of October last stood at 2881 dead and wounded out of violence in different areas, As stressed the need for Iraqi leaders to take bold steps and necessary to put an end to the existing chaos and violence clumsy that occur in the country.
