(Baghdad: al-Furat News) called the head of the National Alliance, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, to form a government of technocrats.
"We have to choose a ministerial cabin of specialized technocrats (independent or political) capable of meeting the needs of citizens and pushing the country forward and progressing," Ammar al-Hakim said at the Eid al-Fitr prayer in his Baghdad office this morning.
He stressed that "in light of the national majority can form the majority bloc and institutionalization and the development of the {leadership] and {political} and {general} within the majority bloc will be able to promote partnership in the decision between the forces participating in the government."
