The National Coalition headed by Iyad Allawi, on Saturday, expressed support for the invitation of Prime Minister Haider Abadi to hold meetings between the various political blocs after the holiday of Eid al-Fitr, calling on the concerned parties to expedite the resolution of investigations concerning fraud and manipulation.
The coalition said in a statement that it "over time and the urgent need to resolve the outcome file in preparation for the start of the next phase, which consists of consultations to agree on the general form of the government program through the next national dialogue and pillars."
The coalition called on the concerned parties to "expedite the resolution of investigations related to fraud and manipulation in the elections to correct the electoral process."
The coalition stressed the need to hold an expanded national meeting of the winning powers after an invitation from the Prime Minister and the presence of the Kurds brothers. He praised the initiative and efforts of His Eminence Muqtada al-Sadr in this regard and his keenness to achieve national consensus. Ending / 25
