A light-colored A-29 Super Tucano helicopter crashed in the US state of New Mexico 100 km north of the Holoman air base.

"The incident resulted in the injury of one of the pilots and was transferred to the hospital, while the fate of the other is unknown so far."

"A third military was aboard the plane and promised to provide additional information about it later when it becomes possible," she said.

"The plane was carrying out a training exercise and fell near Medan for training and the cause of the incident is still unknown," she said.
