He added that "the area is linked to two provinces are the province of 18 (orchards of Hor Hussein) and the southern part of the province 9 and includes the province of 47 pieces," pointing out that "the Ministry of Planning has conducted extensive study of the file development of the area according to feasibility study to develop the area provided by the governor's office Babylon, which includes institutions, services and economic activities prevailing, and their compatibility with the planning standards used in the development of aspects and districts.
The Hindawi said that "the area that was developed and bear the name (Sura) will be its urban center in the nationalization," explaining that "it was adopted within the directory of administrative units of the Republic of Iraq to the Central Bureau of Statistics and got a statistical number of its own."
