The appearance of Mohammed Saleh, financial advisor to Prime Minister Haider Abadi, the possibility of filling the deficit in the budget of 2017 operational.
Saleh said in a press statement that "the increase in oil prices in global markets will work to fill the planned deficit within the 2017 operational budget."
Saleh said "a surplus in the budget will be the balance of 2019."
The budget is about 104 trillion dinars with expected revenues of 91.6 trillion dinars and a deficit of about 12 trillion dinars.
