    The United States has expressed concern that Iran has withdrawn huge sums of money from bank accounts in Germany. 

    Richard Grenell, the US ambassador to Germany, called on the German government to prevent Tehran from withdrawing a large sum of money from bank accounts in Germany to counter the repercussions of US sanctions on Tehran after Washington withdrew from the nuclear agreement with Iran. 

    Bild newspaper quoted the American ambassador as saying that the US government is very concerned about Iran's plans to transfer hundreds of millions of euros to Iran in cash. 

    "We ask the German government at the highest level to intervene and stop the plan." 

    Richard Grenil is one of the most vocal critics of the nuclear deal with Iran. One of his first official jobs after being appointed ambassador to Berlin was to call on German companies to stop dealing with the Iranian regime, which he called "the criminal regime supporting terrorism."

    A spokesman for the German Finance Ministry said yesterday that his country's authorities are considering the Iranian request to withdraw 300 million euros, equivalent to 350 million US dollars of bank accounts in Germany and transfer to Iran. 

    The German lending institution has announced that it will stop all financial transactions with Iran starting this July. 

    The Iranian move to try to transfer a difficult currency inside the country after the great collapse in the exchange rate of the Iranian currency, where Khamenei, Hassan Rowhani, to open an investigation on the causes of the collapse of the currency and the deterioration of the economic situation in conjunction with the spread of news about the withdrawal of the sons of senior officials of the Iranian regime, Country.
