President of the European Council of Trump before the NATO summit: respect your allies

Tusk, after signing a cooperation agreement between the European Union and NATO, said Tuesday that the US president should appreciate his allies.
The US president has criticized the lack of military spending for Europe, saying that his country spends much more on NATO than any other country, pointing out that this is unfair.
Tusk added that the United States does not and will not have a better ally than Europe, noting that European members spend more on defense than Russia many times, and China too.
NATO has announced that European members will spend about 1.5% of average GDP on defense this year.
