    The Department of Registration of Companies in the Ministry of Commerce announced that the department's staff completed the establishment of 116 national companies and registering 12 branches of a foreign company during the month of June. 

    The Director General of the Department Abdul Aziz Jabbar Abdul Aziz said in a press statement that "his department issued several decisions concerning the amendment of corporate contracts were distributed between increasing the capital and the integration of accounts and liquidation of company accounts," noting that "was also documented (125) And the transfer of (245) Iraqi companies to the judicial investigator for violating regulations and instructions. "

    He pointed out that the department has studied the final accounts of the national companies of (1268) national companies in addition to merging the accounts of 27 companies, increasing the capital of 13 companies, liquidating the accounts of 3 companies, amending the contract of five companies and studying the accounts of foreign companies' ) And the company to make reservations and make sure of the names reserved their money for (271) and audit the arrival of (3474) and conduct (90) disclosure of companies in Baghdad and the provinces. 

    He added that his department has ratified the minutes of the founding meetings of the limited companies, which are (229) minutes in addition to the ratification of (67) minutes of meetings of the General Assembly of the joint stock companies.
