A German court overturns a decision to deport bin Laden's bodyguard to Tunisia and demands his return

court in the German city of Gelsenkirchen, re a Tunisian Sami. The bodyguard of former al - Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden , from Tunisia to Germany, following an order to expel him from the country. 

According to Agence France-Presse, the administrative court in Glenskirchen described the expulsion of Tunisia as "illegal", adding that the decision violates the basic principles of the rule of law. 

The German court said the Federal Bureau of Migration and Refugees would bear the costs of Sami A.'s return. Immediately to the Federal Republic of Germany .
Sami arrived in Tunisia from Germany, where he had been living as an asylum seeker since 2005 with his wife and children, and was expelled despite a court order from the same court (Glenskirchen). 

The agency said "AFP" that the personal bodyguard of bin Laden was arrested immediately after his arrival in Tunisia on Friday, where Sufian Sulaiti spokesman for the anti-terrorism judiciary in a statement to "Sabeeh News" Tunisian that the deportation of the guard of the former leader of al-Qaeda Osama bin Laden on the basis of a card issued by the tyrant of terrorism. 

He added that the Public Prosecution in Qutb authorized the opening of a judicial investigation against him, as the Qarajani team undertook to look into the matter as authorized by the Public Prosecution of the research team to retain it.
