Member of the parliamentary Finance Committee is to vote Monday in the
House of representatives session draft State budget law for the year
2013.

The Committee Member said shorsh Mustafa said all Iraq [in]
"we rule out that pass the budget tomorrow because the problems between
the blocks have not been resolved within the Finance Committee at its
meeting today, although it ended all its legally enter the proposals and
demands of Deputies, parliamentary committees and the blocks as a
proposal or a new article of the budget law, but controversial points
are left to the meeting for the access compatibility."

"Many
budget constraints but most notably Kurdistan Alliance claim payments to
oil companies operating in the region, amounting to 4.2 trillion
dinars, and then check the oil exports from the region, but the Federal
Government and National Alliance insisted that there must be
verification of the Office of financial supervision in the Governments
of the region and the Centre for exports from Kurdistan, and install the
amount of oil produced its 250,000 barrels per day before the payment,
not agreed so far between the two sides."

He said the Kurdish
bloc MP change "and the other thing, there is a request signed by 120
lawmakers to reduce the share of Kurdistan federal budget from 17% to
13% in the Kurdistan Alliance and the Kurdish blocs is determined to be
the territory's share of 17% and remain as previous budgets for the
General Census of the population, without this we believe that reducing
the punishment for the people of Kurdistan is not for territorial
Government alone."

Scheduled to house the regular meeting Monday
to vote on a budget bill for the year amid expectations of Parliament
