    Said State of Law coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Friday, the agreement was with a delegation from the Kurdistan region on the set points, as referred other points, such as the salaries of the Peshmerga and the other to be discussed in Parliament.
    The MP said the coalition Khalid al-Asadi told to, (range Press), said that "the agreement was with a delegation from the Kurdistan region on the set of the points of contention between the two parties, while the other points referred to be discussed in Parliament."
    He said al-Asadi, that "the differences revolve around the (17%), the region's share of the state budget, and the proportion of the region from the export of oil, because the region has not been issued oil as agreed in the budget of 2013, in addition to the salaries of the Peshmerga and other details were referred also to be discussed in Parliament." .
    She stressed the Kurdistan Alliance bloc parliamentary, earlier today, that the talks between the delegation of the territorial Government in Baghdad was "successful and constructive", indicating that it resulted in the agreement on the outline of the issues of contention to take charge of the joint committees set up by the two parties, the details of the solutions.
