Diwaniya governor Sami al-Hasnawi said Saturday that the funds allocated by the Ministry of Finance for the province to complete the projects suspended in the province does not fill 10 percent of them, noting that the province suffers a major collapse in infrastructure.

Hasnawi said in a press statement that during our presence in the central workshop with the Ministry of Finance has been allocated funds by the Ministry of the province for the purpose of completing the projects stalled in the province.

He added that this money is not enough 10 percent of the size of the needs of the province and did not have the level of ambition that we were seeking previously, noting that the province suffers from a major deterioration and a collapse in infrastructure because of the absence of financial allocations for nearly three years.
