Cabinet decisions declaring the regular session of the fourth session of 2013
.
12/31/2013 | (Voice of Iraq) - The Cabinet held its fourth regular session in Baghdad on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, and the Board issued the following decisions:
1 - A - modifies the Cabinet decision No. (412) for the year 2013 for the allocation of the remaining amount to the province of Anbar to meet the requirements necessary and urgent services arising from the circumstances of the confrontation with al-Qaeda.
b - the Ministry of Oil and trade and health by providing fuel, food and medical supplies urgently, and do other ministries to take mutatis to provide support and services necessary to Anbar province .
c - the inclusion of project engineering effort in the provinces on the plan of the Ministry of Municipalities in the budget in 2014 instead of 2013 and the addition of the amount allocated to the Ministry's budget for the year 2014.
d - the formation of a committee headed by the Minister of Defense Agency and the membership of the governor of Anbar, a representative of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Council of Anbar province to coordinate with ministries involved in the provision of services.
2 - Activating the Council of Ministers Resolution No. () and the launch of exchange allocations prescribed 50% that does not exceed (500 000 dinars) for all workers in the pieces that go into operations in the ministries of interior and defense (military and civilian) in the areas: Nineveh, Salahaddin, Anbar, Diyala, Baghdad, Kirkuk, north of Babylon, including Researches who are assigned duty with those operations from other provinces, and assume the defense and interior ministries to identify those units within those provinces who qualify as effective operations.
3 - to approve the request Oil Ministry to refer the project pipeline transport gas from the Islamic Republic of Iran on the company (management) and $ (350) million and the implementation period ( months from the date of signing the contract.
4 - to approve the draft law on ratification of the cooperation agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait in the field of Higher Education and Scientific Research, signed in Baghdad on 12/06/2013, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution.
5 - approval to increase the bank's capital real estate (50,000,000,000) fifty billion dinars to the amount of (150,000,000,000) one hundred and fifty billion dinars, according to the provisions of Article (10) of the Companies Act No. 22 of 1997 as amended.
6 - a - approved a draft law development of the province of Halabja in Republic of Iraq, and referred to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution, after receipt of the administrative border of the province.
B - assigning the Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs to study the reality of the districts that applied transferred to the provinces, which qualifies them circumstances population and geography to be new provinces and submit the study to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to be presented to the Council of Ministers.
