(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the existence of a number of laws that require the ministries to build projects for people with disabilities.
The Director General of the Department of Planning and Follow-up in the ministry Ismail Musa Jafar told the {Euphrates News} that "the law of 38 in 2013 in the time of the former regime was exclusively for the disabled military and neglected many of the disabled civilians and the law in which a lot of articles, including Article 15, which includes the construction of some ministries Projects for the disabled ".
He added that "the law included 9 ministries to carry out these tasks and already some ministries to meet these demands, especially the Ministry of Labor," pointing out that "the salary allocated to people with disabilities is 190 thousand dinars and distributed every two months, as well as the proportion of beneficiaries does not exceed 5% .
Jafar pointed out that "sections of the care of this segment in the provinces a few prepare," calling on the Ministry of Transport to "provide tourist buses to transport people with special needs."
