Increase the capital of the Land Bank to 150 billion dinars

BAGHDAD / JD / .. Council of Ministers announced an increase in the capital of the Land Bank to 150 billion dinars, while he agreed to promote the project Doctors anesthesia auditor by the State Council and forwarded to the Parliament.
He said a government statement received / JD / copy of it: that the Council of Ministers approved during its fifty-fourth regular on the capital increase the Land Bank of 50 billion dinars to 150 billion dinars, according to the provisions of Article (10) of the Companies Law No. (22) for the year 1997, as amended.
The statement added that the council approved a project to encourage Doctors anesthesia auditor by the State Council and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61) First item and (80) the second clause of the Constitution.
The statement said: that the meeting witnessed the approval of the draft law on the introduction of the province of Halabja in the Republic of Iraq, and referred to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61) item first and (80) the second clause of the Constitution, after receipt of the administrative border of the province, adding that the council approved also assigned the Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs to study the reality of the districts that applied transferred to the provinces, which qualifies them circumstances demographic and geographic to be new provinces and submit the study to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to be presented to the Council of Ministers. / End / / 22
