In order to improve the service situation and meet the demands of demonstrators, the government adopted more than 200 decisions to provide and improve services through the implementation of urgent projects, as well as the launch of 55 thousand degrees and functional in various institutions.
The spokesman for the media office of Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi in a press statement made to the Iraqi news agency "conscious" that "a lot of medium and long-term strategic projects have been initiated by the government in various service sectors and in several provinces, including Basra and Baghdad."
"These projects, because of their strategic nature, which offer radical and final solutions to the problems related to services, require a period of time to complete," he said. "The financial difficulties that accompany the allocation of financial liquidity to implement them are largely dependent on loans, aid and grants.
He added that "immediate and quick implementation and urgent projects are the result of the meetings between the Prime Minister and representatives of more than 10 governorates so far, after the peaceful citizens and demonstrators presented their necessary and urgent needs through their representatives to the Prime Minister."
Al-Hadithi said that "more than 200 decisions have been issued regarding these projects and needs so far at the level of those meetings and meetings of the Council of Ministers." He stressed that "most of them after allocation of funds to them from the budget of development of provinces and regions and petrodollar allocations.
He pointed out that "the urgent steps of the government also included the launch of degrees of employment at the level of ministries and state institutions, governmental and non-governmental amounted to 55 thousand degrees and functional, in addition to activating the internal lending sector of industrial projects and agricultural and small and medium-sized enterprises that serve the citizens and improve their living conditions."
