The Al-Bayan newspaper on Thursday accused Qatar of spreading death and destruction in Iraq and Syria.
"The repeated and repeated facts confirmed the futility of Qatari hands in Syria and Iraq, spreading terrorism, which is supported by the ruling Al-Hamdeen organization in Qatar, and voices condemning Qatar's support for terrorism and extremism in conjunction with World Anti-Terrorism Day on August 21."
"A prominent human rights lawyer has already demanded that Qatar pay compensation to victims living in the Netherlands who have been terrorized by the Al-Nasra Organization in Syria, an al-Qaeda-linked organization funded by national networks," she said.
Lawyer Lisbeth Ziegfeld, in an address to the Emir of Qatar, Tamim Bin Hamad, accused Doha of failing to act against the Nasra Front, saying that Qatar was thus responsible for the damage suffered by the victims on the terrorist organization.
Zigfeld highlighted in her speech that one of the victims was held hostage by elements of the Front of victory near the Syrian capital Damascus in December 2012, noting that the man - who did not reveal his identity is concerned about his safety - was repeatedly tortured and forced to watch the execution of two other hostages, He was subjected to a mock execution, and the terrorists demanded $ 2 million for his release. The man eventually escaped from Syria and has been granted asylum in the Netherlands since then.
Over the past 15 years, Qatari support for terrorism in Iraq has killed and wounded hundreds of thousands of innocent people, displaced millions of al-Qaeda victims and chanted terrorists. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees said that since January 2014, the surge in violence has displaced more Of 3.2 million internally displaced persons and about 1 million IDPs between 2006 and 2007.
Iraqi rights officials stressed that Qatar should compensate the victims of terrorism in Iraq, expressing concern that Qatar has paid hundreds of millions of dollars to free its citizens who were kidnapped in Iraq, while observers have agreed that the terrorist activities in the country, fell significantly after the entry of the Doha system in isolation Has limited its criminal outburst since early June 2017.
Iraqi activists said in a letter to the Gulf League for Rights and Freedoms that a Qatari plane carrying several bags of money for ransom for the Iraqi Hezbollah militia and members of the popular militia, at a rate of 90 million dollars for every kidnapped Qatari.
    Helping "Al Qaeda"
According to security and intelligence reports, Qatar has played a major role in instilling al-Qaeda in Iraq since 2003. Even Prince Abdul-Karim al-Thani, a member of the ruling family in Qatar, gave his home to al-Qaeda leader in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, Dollars.
"In 2013, Qatari Interior Minister Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani opened the doors of the emirate to Afghan fighters and accused of harboring 100 militants at his ranch in Qatar and providing them with passports to facilitate their travel." Among the members of the ruling family, Al-Thani, who is also accused of financing terrorism, gave protection at his home to al-Qaeda leader in Iraq Abu Musab al-Zarqawi during his transition from Afghanistan to Iraq in 2002 and gave a Qatari passport to Zarqawi, funded by $ 1 million during the formation of his organization in northern Iraq.
The US Treasury Department revealed that members of the ruling al-Thani family in Qatar were involved in financing and supporting extremist terrorist organizations by about $ 64 billion from 2010 to 2015.
In 2014, Qatar opened its vaults to fund the Daqash organization. Its horns were also aimed at polishing its image in order to incite the Arab youth to join it. The Qatari intelligence service was reportedly behind thousands of militants from several organizations in Syria and Iraq joining the organization.
