    [rtl]"The conflict within the Shiite blocs is fueled by clear foreign factors and hands," he said. "The water crisis in Basra is proof of the failure of the federal and local government," said Imam Jumaa al-Najaf, Sayyid Sadr al-Din al-Qabanji.[/rtl]


    [rtl]Mr. al-Qabbanji said in Friday's political sermon that Iraq is witnessing the crisis of forming the largest bloc, calling on the Shiite blocs to unite their ranks and stay away from the band and gather on one word as the recommendations of the religious reference.[/rtl]
