And on the blocks and alliances that joined the "coalition of construction," Hisham Rikabi, director of Maliki's office, said that "the alliance includes conquest, law and victory [Faleh Fayyad] and the decision and the masses and the national and Anbar identity and Salahuddin our identity and will and Babylon and competencies."
It is noteworthy that parliamentary blocs had announced on Sunday evening, the formation of the largest bloc and includes 177 deputies, a prelude to the formation of the next government, where any alliance needs to the majority of the members of parliament to ensure the passage of the government by the votes of at least 165 members out of 329.
