Directly: economic adviser to the White House said that the monthly jobs report showed that the boom in the US economy in the era of President Donald Trump continues.
"The economic boom continues as the main story of 2018, jobs, growth and wages," Larry Kudlow told CNBC on Friday.
The US economy added more jobs than expected last month, with wages rising at the fastest pace since 2009.
Economic data showed last month that US gross domestic product grew by 4.2%, the fastest pace in four years.
Kudlo expressed his optimism about the US economy, saying recent reports indicated his strength.
Kudlo said wages are rising very well and industrial and service activity is booming, noting that the United States is experiencing a boom in capital goods at the moment.
In another context, "Kodlo" pointed to the United States and China are still talking on several trade issues, adding that Beijing could isolate itself if it did not agree to Trump requests.
