A coalition of state law on Monday that the government can not take courageous decisions to remove US forces from the country and stop expansion and the construction of new bases, pointing out that what America is doing in Iraq is contrary to legal frameworks amid government silence.
"The strategic agreement with the US side determines the number of troops in Iraq and their places of presence, and if this is violated, it is considered a violation of the legal framework, and is an interference with the internal Iraqi," MP Abdul Hadi Mohan said in a statement.
He added that "the government can not take bold and strong steps, and Iraq needs the next government to take these bold steps, as happened in 2011 when the removal of the occupying forces, and therefore should be a courageous decision of the government and parliament in the next phase," noting that "America can not establish rules Military in Iraqi territory, without prior agreement and with the consent of the government and parliament together. "
"The presence of foreign forces is illegal, especially after the completion of a call, although Iraq needs logistical support, but does not need the presence of these forces," Mohan said. Ending / 25 n
