[rtl]The head of the Turkmen Front, Arshad Salhi, announced on Thursday that he had asked the Turkish foreign minister to increase Iraq's water quota and that the latter had promised to look into it.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Turkmen Front said in a statement that "the head of the Front, MP Ershad Salhi and his deputy Hassan Turan met today in Ankara, Turkish Foreign Minister Jawishoglu," indicating that "Salhi discussed with Oglu increase the quota of water to Iraq in order to deliver the amount Large to the provinces of southern Iraq to be satisfied by the people after the water crisis that occurred in Basra. [rtl]"He asked the Turkish foreign minister to stand by Iraq and increase its water share," Salehi said, adding that "Uglu assured him that he would be considered and presented to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to increase Iraq's share of water at the earliest time."[/rtl]
