The House of Representatives elects Mohamed Halboussi as its chairman for the fourth parliamentary session

A source from within the parliament for "the eye of Iraq News," that "the winners of the fourth parliamentary session were sworn in, and is scheduled to witness the vote on the President of the House of Representatives and two deputies."
The new parliament failed to elect a president during the first session, which was held on the third of this month, amid chaos that prevailed as a result of the widespread disagreement on the "parliamentary bloc the most numerous," which will be charged with forming a new government.
It is customary for the Sunnis to assume the presidency of the parliament, while the Kurds are the presidency of the republic, and the Shiite prime minister, under a political agreement in place in the country since 2003. End
