    The governor of Kirkuk, Acting Rakan Said Jubouri on Tuesday called for the adoption of 32% in the distribution of appointments between the three components of the State departments and institutions in Kirkuk.

    This came during a meeting chaired by a number of members of Kirkuk Provincial Council from all political components in the governorate.

    A statement issued by the province said that Jubouri "stressed the importance of dialogue, coordination and joint cooperation to support stability and enhance security and peace and the efforts of the security forces to protect the citizens of Kirkuk," stressing the importance of balance and justice .. saying that the directives issued by the Department of Kirkuk to all constituencies is adoption Justice and 32% in all appointments that may come to Kirkuk. "

    He added that "the meeting focused on the application of the administrative balance in the province of Kirkuk, which enhances the consensus and understanding and coordination before the holding of local elections."

     The statement added that "during the meeting, which had an atmosphere of understanding, cooperation and responsibility to achieve harmony and communication between the components of Kirkuk."
