Diyala provincial council chairman Ali al-Daini said that the governorate has lost a lot of small projects that were providing citizens service, which amounted to more than 200 projects across the province in various sectors because of the transfer of control of the Safra to the province of Kirkuk

For his part, a member of the House of Representatives Burhan Mamouri that the issue of border crossings this province for three years did not enter the funds from the federal budget, but it is just ink on paper according to Qula
While officials criticized the neglect of some areas and not included in any projects, despite suffering due to proximity to Customs.
The diversion of yellowing will represent an estimated loss of more than 20 billion dinars per year for the province amid fears of inability to compensate and the impact on service projects according to observers.
