The economic expert Bassem Jameel Antoine said on Friday that all available data lead the government to succeed, especially in the presence of presidencies with competence in its work, indicating that Iraq can promote, especially if the prime minister was free to choose his ministers.
Antoine said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "there are people in the government, especially Adel Abdul Mahdi, who is an economist, in addition to Barham Salih and Mohamed Halbusi, who are engineering specialists, the data lead to success."
"The next stage requires a good use of the possibilities available through an efficient and fair professional technical apparatus, so there will be a bright future for Iraq," he said.
"The high oil prices will provide a large cash flow through which we can implement a lot of projects, in addition to the revitalization of tourism, industry and agriculture and activating the private sector."
He explained that "the success of Adel Abdul-Mahdi in terms of economic in particular, depends on giving him the freedom to choose his ministers according to a political and economic vision that meets the ambition depending on the program to be adopted."
"The government of Abdul Mahdi can rebuild the devastated areas by relying on oil revenues, international support and the funds of the Kuwait conference and activating the outcomes of this conference," Antoine said. End 25 n
