The economist revealed the name of Jamil Antoine, on Monday, the government raised the investment budget in 2019 to 34 billion dollars, indicating that the budget of 2019 public prepared 100 billion dollars and the price range between 55 to 60 dollars a barrel.
"The government has drawn up the preliminary draft of the public budget for 2019 and in the process of conducting studies and amendments before submitting them to the House of Representatives," Antoine said.
He added that "the preliminary draft adopted the price of a barrel of oil between 55 to 60 dollars and the rate of exports of 4 million barrels per day, including exports of the region," noting that "the budget contains a deficit may become a flat and extinguished after the rise in oil prices."
He pointed out that "the budget of 2019 public estimated 100 billion dollars and the rate of investment to 34 billion dollars, up from 25 billion in 2018."
He stressed that "the government can resort to a supplementary budget in 2019 in the event of higher oil prices than the budgeted price or decrease."
