Parliamentary mobility to legislate a new Federal Court Act

BAGHDAD / The deputy of the Fatah alliance, Razaq Muhaibis, on Tuesday, the efforts to issue a new law of the Federal Supreme Court in Iraq in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution in force.
Muhibis said in a press statement, received by "Iraq News", that "this law to be issued can enhance confidence in this institution, which was controversial and a constitutional dispute because the composition is in violation of the provisions of the Constitution in force."
He added that "the need of the state to a constitutional institution that raises the burden of resolving disputes arising from the application of laws and regulations and procedures based on the decision of the provisions of the Iraqi Constitution in force, which strengthens the legal and political stability of the Iraqi state."
