    A delegation from the affairs of citizens and public relations at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, chaired by the Director General of the Department Mohammed Taher al-Tamimi at the first national conference to develop a road map for the implementation of the amendments to the Law on Governorates not organized in a region under the auspices of the project (progress), funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). 
    and threw Tamimi Lecture (hard and unstable in the services sector / sections Affairs citizens model) and interspersed with presentations by members of the provincial councils in particular and the public participants generally praised the role played by the department and the importance of communication with the Iraqi citizen.

    comes to participate in order to activate the governments local, which is in desperate need of a road map to address the fundamental challenges to raise awareness and build support and mobilize resources and build systems to improve and provide better services for the Iraqi people.
