    Oil Minister Jabbar al-Luaibi received on Thursday Jordanian Ambassador to Baghdad Montaser al-Zu'bi and discussed means of boosting bilateral relations.
    The oil ministry said in a statement, read by the economy news, that Oil Minister Jabbar Ali al-Allaibi, "received the Jordanian ambassador in Baghdad, Montaser al-Zuabi, and discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries."
    Al-Luaibi stressed the "deep relations between the two neighboring countries," adding that "the ministry is keen to develop relations with Jordan in the interest of the two countries and their peoples."
    For his part, the Jordanian ambassador said "the desire of his country's companies to participate in investment projects in Iraq and in all economic and urban areas."
