Abdul Mahdi Office announces the summary of the electronic nomination for the post of Minister
The Media Office of the Prime Minister-designate, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, announced the final results of the nomination for the position of [minister] via the portal, and was as follows:
1 - The electronic portal was closed on schedule at 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 11, and the number of completed nominations reached 15,184.
2 - Nominations were distributed to all governorates and ministries.
3 - The number of candidates with a doctorate was 1778 candidates by 12%, and holders of Master's degree 2200 by 14%.
4. The percentage of female candidates was 15% and males 85%.
• The percentage of independent candidates was 96%.
On the current procedures and the next, the office of Abdul Mahdi, said that "the electronic screening has been completed and the exclusion of applications that do not meet the legal and technical conditions, including [age, number of subordinates, specialization, and others].
"The preliminary analysis was conducted according to criteria and the best 601 candidates were selected," he said. "The committee of experts began studying the 601 applications to identify the best candidates for their invitations to interviews."
The statement noted that "the next steps include the direct interviews with the team and the examination of qualifications, including [the validity of certificates and others], and then conduct direct interviews of the distinguished with the Prime Minister-designate."
