    The Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi, on Saturday, the need to see the coming years to legislate laws compatible with the essence of the Constitution, considering restoring the confidence of citizens, "the biggest challenge." 

    "The biggest challenge for us is to restore the confidence of our citizens," Halboussi said in a speech marking the 37th anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council, followed by Alsumaria News. 

    He added that "the coming years must witness the enactment of laws compatible with the essence of the Constitution," continuing "we look forward to the next government to establish a specific program of time to address the problems and achieve the aspirations of the people."
