The deputy of the coalition of state law Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, said on Sunday that optimism about the possibility of forming Prime Minister-designate Adel Abdul-Mahdi to a government that meets the aspirations of the people "very far."

The new Arab quoted Jaafar as saying that "there are parties competing for the formation of the government, and some of these bodies have the strength and the ability to impose their will on others, and no one can get rid of its influence."

Jaafar explained that "the political blocs want ministerial positions for the bloc, according to their parliamentary weight and the number of seats," noting that Abdul-Mahdi today, "is not absolute hand movements to form his government, there is a partisan and non-partisan interference in this matter, and there is a cross-viewpoints between the political parties."

He pointed out that "the leader of the alliance of Sadr's followers, and through his Twitter, wants to form an independent government, has sent a clear message to prevent the Ministry of the Interior again to the current minister, the leadership of the alliance Fatah, Qassim Araji, while other blocs want stakes and bags in the government.

"The meaning of that is that the blocs are fighting to have a minister, and some want the ministries of sovereignty," Jaafar said, "the alliance wants to open the ministries of interior and communications, and the bloc of wisdom want the ministries of transport and youth, and others."

Jaafar stressed that "the challenges and difficulties are very large in front of Abdul Mahdi, and there are many complex issues that will face him, as he seeks to form an independent government is not imposed on him," noting that "the important thing is that Abdul Mahdi can not get the confidence of his government without getting 166 votes from within the parliament, one half plus one, and this puts him in a very narrow corner, he can not exceed the political blocs without pleasing them.
