The Saudi monarch stressed the keenness of the Kingdom on its relations with its sister Turkey, as much as Turkey is keen on that, pointing out that "no one will get the strength of this relationship."
For his part, Turkish President Erdogan praised the historical relations between the two countries, expressing his country's keenness to develop and strengthen these relations.
Saudi Arabia faces a wave of criticism and threats of sanctions following the disappearance of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was last seen on Oct. 2 entering consulate to obtain documents to complete his marriage to his Turkish fiancée Khadija Genghis, who was waiting in front of the consulate.
