Iranian Vice President Ishaq Jahangiri has announced that his country has new partners to buy oil from it, despite the renewal of all US sanctions against Tehran.
"As some countries stopped buying oil from Iran, we found new partners and in addition we held talks with our current partners," Jahangiri said.

He added that many countries that do not buy Iranian oil for fear of America are currently looking for crooked ways to buy it.

The United States reintroduced part of the sanctions against Iran on August 7 and more substantial sanctions, including the export of oil products, will be imposed on November 5.

Although the European Union has not recognized the re-imposition of US sanctions on Iran, European companies still de facto fear trading with Iran, fearing US sanctions.

In a bold move, Washington announced its goal of making oil exports from Iran zero.

According to the International Energy Agency, Iranian oil exports fell in September by 800 thousand barrels per day compared to the second quarter of 2018, and fell to 1.63 million barrels per day.

At the same time, Iran's oil production in September fell to the lowest level in the last three years and fell to 3.45 million barrels per day.
