The deputy of the alliance, "Saron" Alaa al-Rubaie on Tuesday, Prime Minister-designate Adel Abdul-Mahdi to save ministries from the power of parties and give them to independent figures.
"The health, service, educational and economic situation in Iraq is tragic and bitter. There is a great collapse and a decline in services due to the influence of political parties and widespread corruption, nepotism and mismanagement of ministries," Rubaie said in a statement.
"There are pressures exerted by some political blocs on Prime Minister-designate Adel Abdul-Mahdi to attract figures from within the parties away from the technocrats to ministerial positions such as interior, health, defense and trade as well as agriculture."
Al-Rubaie pointed out that "some sites and pages of social networking began to promote figures known in corruption and deals to build ministries."
