BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP)BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's chief of operations, General Jalil al-Rubaie, announced on Tuesday the prevention of motorcycling and wheel-drive operations to begin on Thursday.
"The fuel tankers will be excluded from the ban," Rubaie told a press conference on the announcement of the security plan for the visit.
