    BAGHDAD / Al-Ghad Press: The 

    leader of the Fatah alliance, Amer al-Fayez, on Saturday, that the appointment of Abdul-Mahdi, the Ministry of Interior for himself came on a temporary basis, indicating that the continuation of positions by proxy will be rejected. 

    Fayez said in a statement to "Al-Gharab Press," that "Laatizar by proxy ended as well as ministerial posts also," noting that "the political blocs will agree that the Ministers of Defense and Interior are independent and different components of each ministry."

    He added that "Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, when he presented his cabinet, the political blocs refused to vote on 8 ministries, and was voted on 14 where ministries received their government tasks, and this means that the previous government ended and it is unreasonable to keep the security ministries busy. 

    "Al-Fayez said that" Abdul-Mahdi and all himself as Minister of the Interior temporarily for the purpose of walking the affairs of the Cabinet until the agreement on the personality by the political blocs and then ends its role. " 

    He continued , "we look forward if the agency for a short period until the agreement on the personal is not too bad either if the situation, the continued it is unacceptable , " pointing out that "according to information Abdul Mahdi will not continue as minister by proxy." 

    The "Tomorrow 's Press" have seen, on Friday, on A document showing the appointment of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to the functions of the Minister of the Interior Agency, pending the appointment of a Minister of the Ministry.

    The House of Representatives voted last Wednesday, on the ministerial cabin, was given confidence to Adel Abdul Mahdi as prime minister and 14 ministers, and raised the Council to the sixth of November to vote on the candidates of the rest of the ministries.
