Khalidi: The legitimacy of the government is in danger as a result of attempts by deputies to drop confidence in several ministers for their loss of constitutional conditions

BAGHDAD / The deputy of the National Bloc Hazem Khalidi said on Monday that the legitimacy of the government is in danger as a result of the escalating attempts by many members of the House of Representatives to drop confidence in several ministers because of their lack of qualifications and conditions of the Constitution provided by them.
Khalidi said in a press conference attended by "Iraq's News", that "the number of ministers may exceed to the extent that makes the remaining members of the government cab is less than half + 1, which is stipulated by the Federal Court to sign and approve the government and then become the government lacks legitimacy and fall constitutionally.
He pointed out that "the process of presenting candidates to the ministries is not completed formal introductions only to complete the verification process and collect clear answers and clear responses from the bodies and bodies concerned to ensure that the integrity and accountability and justice and the body to verify the criminal restrictions of candidates, which is not for the first meal presented by the Prime Minister In addition to the extensive evidence and evidence indicating the loss of some candidates for those conditions and qualifications, which means not to achieve the validity of voting on those candidates and requires reconsideration of the voting process on them.
