    The deputy of the coalition "construction" Mansour al-Baiji on Wednesday that the deputies of the province of Babylon will not vote on the budget next year if their province is not fair and allocated funds for the advancement of the deteriorating reality due to government neglect of the province for years.

    MP Mansour al-Baiji said in a press statement today, "If you do not see the budget next year to allocate funds to the province of Babylon different from the budget this year we will face the passage and will not allow as representatives of the people of Babylon and demand their rights marginalized for years by the federal government, Since the fall of the former regime and to this day "

    He added that "the great deterioration that hit the province of Babil, the right to significant damage and the people of the province suffer as a result of deteriorating service, health and education."

    Al-Baiji expressed his hope that the Prime Minister will correct the province of Babil, even if it was fairly late with the budget next year or we will have a position inside the parliament to demand our stolen rights and the budget scenario this year will not allow to be repeated once and for all.

    The Council of Ministers recently approved the draft law of the Federal General Budget of the Republic of Iraq for fiscal year 2019 and referred it to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles (61 / item first and 80 / item II) of the Constitution.

    The second deputy speaker of the Iraqi parliament, Bashir Haddad, announced on Saturday that the federal budget for 2019 has not reached the parliament so far.
