Turkey refrains from supplying Iranian aircraft at Istanbul airport

Turkish company Avisi Petrol has refrained from supplying some Iranian planes with fuel at Istanbul International Airport, Turkish media reported on Saturday.
According to Reuters, Iranian planes faced problems Friday at Istanbul airport, where one of the flights was canceled at the airport.
Some aircraft have canceled tickets for some passengers so they can continue the journey with small amounts of fuel, the agency said.
Mahan, ATA, Asm and Asman travel daily between Tehran and Istanbul.
The Turkish daily Haber Turk quoted Oil Office as saying it had told airlines it would not supply Iranian airlines with fuel.
The United States said on Monday it would temporarily allow eight countries to continue importing Iranian oil when US sanctions come into effect on Monday (November 5th).
The United States has warned the world's nations, international institutions and people of circumventing the sanctions imposed on Iran, stressing that it will impose sanctions on anyone who does not comply with sanctions.

revealed the newspaper "Zaman" Turkish, Wednesday, that the Vitol group tasked with providing fuel for aircraft in Turkey declined to provide Iranian planes with fuel.

The newspaper added that the Office of Petroleum (PO) of the Dutch Vetol group decided to prevent the supply of Iranian aircraft fuel, in order to activate the terms of the second package of US sanctions on Iran.

The company informed its customers in a written statement: "We are aware that from the beginning of November, we can not provide fuel for Iranian Airlines and any other Iranian-owned aircraft, as part of the company's sanctions and controls. "He said.

"We know that Turkey is among the countries that will be exempted, but the details have not yet arrived," Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Fatih Dunmas said in comments on sanctions against Iran.

According to reports earlier, eight countries will be exempted from US sanctions imposed on Iran temporarily.

The largest Turkish industrial company, Topras, is expected to be exempted from US sanctions on Iran, Bloomberg reported.

The White House said it was "the most difficult sanctions regime ever imposed on Iran," targeting Iranian energy, shipping and banking sectors.

The United States will not impose sanctions on eight countries that will continue to import Iranian oil.

President Trump withdrew from the nuclear deal between Iran and international powers last May, calling it "essentially flawed."

Last Friday, Trump chirped on Twitter, "Sanctions Are Coming," using the slogan of the famous television series Al-Arush, "Winter is Coming".

Thanks Rocky, Iran is going to feel the "bite" and the citizens are really going to be hurt because of the regime.  Prayers for the citizens but the regime and its terrorists activities have to be stopped.
