The British Financial Times has published an article by Philip Stevens saying that Europe must act and not wait for what President Donald Trump is doing.
Stevens says Trump has become a threat to Europeans' security and stability because of his positions and his "America First" policy, which has become his campaign and political campaign slogan.
The US president, he says, favors deals on allies and military force over laws.
He added that Europe was hoping the US elections as an indication that Trump is going to defeat in 2020.
